  • When a more complex search is required to retrieve and produce the requested record, the actual, necessary and direct costs of those expanded efforts shall be borne by the requesting party. Bearing complexity, these requests will require more time to complete.

Mail or email the completed Open Records Request Form along with an appropriate fee to the following address:

When making a request, specify:

  • Case Number(s) 
  • Name(s) of Parties involved
  • Dates of Incident(s) or Accident
  • Location(s) of Incident(s) or Accident
  • Any other available information that will aid in the completion of your request


​​Completed Records Requests may be:

  • E-mailed to the Requester
  • Picked up in person at the Sheriff's Office
  • Mailed--Provide a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope


Fee's Associated with Records Requests are:

  • $3.00 per Report or Supplement--Archived or Large cases will incur an additional cost
  • $0.50 per Photo
